RFID label for laundry have been designed by TiSense to be used in multiple fabrics. The label on the garments are prepared to withstand the industrial washing process, sterilization and ironing.

The main characteristics of laundry label are their resistance and their flexibility to be able to adapt to all garments.

Label is designed to be easily and discreetly inserted into the seam of the textile.

RFID Laundry Tag
RFID tags have been specially designed for the identification of textile and linen products. Thanks to their shape, durability, and ease of attachment in seam, they meet the tracking requirements of the laundry industry. These tags withstand the rigors of repeated washings, including exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, sterilization heat, and water pressure extraction.

Textile tags have been designed to withstand:
  • Maximum temperature: 220 °C (428 °F) / 15 seconds
  • Exposure: 36,25 PSI (2,5 bars)
  • Washing tunnel: 90 °C (194 °F) / 15 minutes
  • Pre-drying: 160 °C (320 °F) / 30 minutes
  • Final tunnel: 185 °C (365 °F) / 30 minutes
  • Sterilization: 134 °C (273 °F) / 20 minutes
  • Water extraction press: 60 bars
    • Chemical resistance: All standard chemicals used in laundry processes
      Warranty: 200 cycles or 3 years
